Susheel Jad, President & General Counsel, THINK Gas, is a seasoned legal professional with more than 30 years of experience across Indian corporates and multinational organisations, with deep expertise in the oil and gas and city-gas distribution sectors. In his current role, he provides strategic legal leadership and advises the organisation on complex regulatory, corporate, and business matters.

Prior to joining THINK Gas/AG&P, Susheel spent approximately 15 years with Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) as Vice President (Legal), where he led litigation and regulatory affairs and managed significant matters before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities. His broad expertise encompasses litigation, arbitration, employment law, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, insolvency, land acquisition, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and due diligence.

Throughout his career, Susheel has advised organisations on complex legal and regulatory challenges, combining extensive sector knowledge with strategic legal insight. He graduated in 1990 from the Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh, and brings a strong track record of legal leadership within the energy sector.
