Vasavi Kaparthi is a Counsel in the Real Estate and Corporate practice groups at Khaitan & Co. With over 11 years of experience, she advises clients on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity, venture capital and debt transactions, as well as general corporate matters. Her practice includes advising foreign investors, domestic institutional funds, companies and promoters on strategic investments, acquisitions, exits and fund raises. She has extensive experience across the transaction lifecycle, including structuring, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, closing and regulatory and FEMA advisory.

Vasavi also advises on a broad range of transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions and sales, title due diligence, commercial leasing, real estate financing and RERA-related regulatory matters. She regularly represents developers, landowners, lenders, institutional investors and corporate clients across asset classes, with particular experience in title diligence, financing transactions and investment structuring.
